Frequently asked questions

Can I pay by card or cash?
Yes, we accept card or cash. Our vehicles are equipped with card payment terminals. You can also pay via our office when booking, or through the app when booking.

Can I bring my pet in the taxi?
Pets are allowed to travel with you (not unaccompanied). We do however appreciate it if you can let us know in advance, to ensure we send a suitable vehicle. It also is important that the animal is well-behaved and restrained during the journey, so as to avoid any distractions and potential accidents.

How much does it cost?
Our prices are mainly based on meter prices set out by Herefordshire council. We fix sensible prices to and from all ports and also give hefty reductions on longer jobs. All prices on the meter are based on milage and time, so the number of passengers in a car makes no difference to the price (There is a small charge for any passengers over 4. i.e. booking a minibus.)

Do you ever close?
No. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - Sometimes you may think we are closed if you are booking via phone as the phones get very busy, but we can assure you that we are open - It's definitely worth holding until we can answer.

Payment in advance?
We do not require any advance payment or deposit for most bookings, however if we are picking up long distance from any area including all ports, we would require payment in full before hand.

Can I smoke, or vape in the taxi?
Sorry, but unfortunately that is a big no. It is an offence in the UK to smoke, or vape in any public passenger vehicle.

Can I eat in the taxi?
In the interests of all our customers and drivers we ask you not to consume food in any of our vehicles.
